Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Essence & Elixir! We are committed to delivering your handcrafted candles with care and efficiency. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take an additional 1 day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 2 -5 business days
    • Cash on Delivery: 2 - 5 business days

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship in India.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated processing time, please contact us at support@essenceandelixir.com.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier.
  • If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please allow 24-48 hours before reaching out, as some couriers mark packages as delivered in advance.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
    • A description of the issue
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacements or refunds as per our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
