We will refund or exchange your candle if it is received damaged or defective. In order to be eligible, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. -
Proof Required:

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a refund, exchange, or store credit based on your preference.
2. Non-Damaged Returns
